Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time all orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order will be delayed more than our standard 1-2 business days we will contact you via email or telephone.

All orders are shipped from Lloydminster, Alberta, Canada 🍁

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $150 shipped within Canada. Any orders under $150.00 will be a flat rate of $15.00 for standard shipping within Canada. We also offer FREE IN STORE PICK UP. Shipping to the United States is $35.00 and anywhere else in the world is $65.00.

Tracking information will be send to you by email once the order has been fulfilled. (if you didn't receive your email with tracking information please check your "junk" mail folder.)

 All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, Duty etc.).

Damages

Sheepskin Loft is not liable for any product damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
