DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order is delayed more than our standard 1–2 business days, we will contact you via email or telephone.

All orders are shipped from Lloydminster, Alberta, Canada 🍁

Important Notice
Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we are currently shipping orders using UPS, Purolator, and Canpar. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Box addresses at this time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders over $150 to select provinces within Canada.* For orders under $150, a flat shipping rate of $15.00–$20.00 applies, depending on the destination. We also offer FREE in-store pickup for your convenience.

Shipping Rates:
United States: $35.00
International: $65.00

*Excludes Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, Manitoba, and Quebec.

Tracking information will be sent to you by email once the order has been fulfilled. (If you didn’t receive your email with tracking information, please check your “junk” mail folder.)

US ORDERS – DUTIES & TARIFFS
All fees imposed during or after shipping—including tariffs, duties, and taxes—are the sole responsibility of the customer. If these fees are not paid and the package is refused by the customer, the order will not be refunded.

DAMAGES
Sheepskin Loft is not liable for any product damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
