The following terms and conditions make up our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional business days. If your order will be delayed beyond our standard processing time, we will contact you by email or telephone.

All orders are shipped from Lloydminster, Alberta, Canada 🍁

Shipping Rates & Delivery

FREE shipping is available on orders over $150 to select provinces within Canada.*

Orders under $150 are shipped at a flat rate of $15–$20, depending on the destination.

We also offer FREE in-store pickup for your convenience.

Shipping Availability

At this time, we ship within Canada only.

*Free shipping excludes Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, Manitoba, and Quebec.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not see it, please check your junk or spam folder.

International Shipping

We are not currently offering shipping outside of Canada, including shipments to the United States.

We hope to resume international shipping in the future and appreciate your understanding.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Sheepskin Loft is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Please retain all original packaging materials and damaged items until your claim has been processed.
