Orange Shirt Day was created as an opportunity to discuss the effects of residential schools and their history. It honours the experiences of Indigenous Peoples, celebrates resilience and affirms a commitment that every child matters.
In order to raise awareness of the residential school system in Canada, we have partnered with indigenous artist, John Wilson & Lazyone clothing who created this t-shirt design.
Lago will be donating 5% of sales to the Orange Shirt Society and an additional 5% goes to John Wilson who is contributing a % himself to the society as well.
